Job description
What would you be responsible for in this role?

Lead the design of new features, and new products
-
Mentor and give directions to the team members
-
Ensure the product meets the specified requirements
-
Design complex features without supervision
-
Create unit testing strategies for products
-
Perform code reviews at all levels
-
Be able to provide multiple technical solutions and discuss pros and cons of different approaches

Ensure quality of cost estimations for solutions and features
Requirements
What is required to succeed in this position:
-
Practical experience with designing and implementing features in commercial software
-
Strong problem solving skills
-
Strong command of C# and .NET Framework
-
Experience with web development using ASP.NET
-
Intermediate Skills in WCF and Design Patterns
-
Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of SQL
-
Experience with unit testing and good understanding what unit tests are good for.

Solid understanding of the development processes and practices
-
Experience in building Ethernet, Wireless, and/or TCP/IP networking applications, products or solutions
-
Experience with networking protocols such as TCP/IP, SNMP, NETCONF/RESTCONF, MPLS, OpenFlow, SIP, SDP, Netflow, IPFIX, ...
-
etc.

Experience in a Windows and/or Linux/Unix OS development environment
What would be helpful (and we are willing to help with it if needed):

Experience with client-side frameworks (jQuery, AngularJS)

Experience using C, C++ or Java

Experience in Linux and Open-Source development methodology
