Providing Technical Support for Computers, Peripherals Network related issues and connected devices for customers through Voice and Remote Support;

Research and call back customers if required;

Provide consultation or advice on improving PC and network performance;

Giving outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service;

Maintaining an awareness of all promotions and advertisements;

Understanding the sensitivity in handling the Credit card information;

If Customer is unhappy with the service will try convincing the customer and will transfer the customer to the retention department;

On contract expiry, will renew the contract for the customer;

Up sell if the customer is happy with the service provided;

Will need to be able to demonstrate drive, energy and self-motivated in the pursuit of sales targets plus knowledge of the sales;

Proficient with PC hardware and software knowledge;

Software and OS: basic knowledge of Windows XP, Vista 7 and 8, MAC OS, BIOS, File Systems;

Hardware: basic knowledge of Motherboard architecture and components;

Networking: basic knowledge of networking and wireless networking;

Soft skills: understanding of customer service goals and improvement techniques; strong personal and organizational skills; customer service oriented; professional attitude, enthusiastic and reliable;

Excellent communication skills in Swedish;
