Web Content Publisher (Digital Marketing)

Requirements:

• Min. 3 years of experience on similar position or experience related to publishing blogs/ website simple with CSS/ HTML / Wordpress
• Previous Digital Technology/Web/online coordination or Web Production experience would be a great plus
• Perfect English (both verbal and written) – to be used in communication with co-workers from 52 countries in EMEA region
• Multi-national company experience desired
• Must have a good understanding and working knowledge of HTML (XHTML, HTML5) and CSS3
• Expertise in leveraging analytics to drive campaigns that reach the right customer with the right message at the right time
• Experience with Exact Target and Publishing would be a great plus
• Previous email and digital communications experience would an advantage
• Working with Content-Management systems
• Must be self-directed, organized and detail oriented as well as have the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast paced environment familiar with prioritizing online related tasks and projects
• Must be able to work independently with little supervision, with a high degree of self-motivation
• Project management skills desirable
• Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Support the updating, planning and implementation of new content on internal and external company’s sites across EMEA
• Act as first line support to local marketing teams across EMEA for online requests and project requirements
• Coordinating and delivering Web/Mobile Applications and websites Users development initiatives
• Coordinating and delivering initiatives in liaison with the internal stakeholders across 50+ EMEA markets
• Support EMEA Sales and Marketing teams in creating and improving their email communications
• Support EMEA Team and markets in the roll-out and technical support to deliver the monthly Customer Newsletter and weekly Member supplement
• Act as publishing support and project coordinator for new online initiatives and support key project roll-outs
• Help design and create email newsletters in a format that makes it flexible and easy for the local marketing teams to disseminate
• Support local marketing teams and teach best practice through training sessions and how-to guides
• Project manage updates and roll-outs across the EMEA websites which includes liaising with internal/external development teams
• Work with global teams on improving the current E-mail marketing, Analytics and Content Management Systems, ensuring they meet EMEA needs and requirements
