Requirements:
- Degree in Graphic Design/similar discipline
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant experience in a design role at a junior or mid weight level.
- Solid hands-on skills in Adobe Creative Suite (CC 2015) Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Basic understanding and competency level of HTML/CSS (Brackets or Dreamweaver) / willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working independently and executing marketing campaigns from start to finish.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong coordination/organisation skills
- Team player able to support/cover other members of the team as necessary
- Able to develop solutions and produce work relevant to the channel
- Create artwork to a high standard with excellent attention to detail.
- Interest in photography/rich media exploring ideas would be preferable

- Interpreting briefs and thinking creatively to develop new innovative ideas and concepts.
- Work as part of a team to create original, engaging, on brand content.
- Create digital campaign layouts working with the Marketing team to ensure consistent brand image.
- Being responsible for all marketing designs for multi channels across web, mobile/tablet, social media and responsive email
- Creating responsive email campaigns using email templates and expanding layout ideas.
- Creating new website content updating desktop, mobile and tablet via our CMS (Wordpress/Umbraco)
- Supporting the acquisition manager with animated banners and advertorial assets for affiliate marketing.
- Creating high quality pixel-perfect designs abiding brand guidelines.
- Keeping up to date and being commercially aware of artwork trends in retail/fashion/ e-commerce.
