Recruitment process

Stage 1
Screening applications

After the application deadline, we screen and evaluate all applications in order to select the candidates we would like to progress to a personal interview.

Stage 2
First interview – phone screening

The purpose of the interview is to validate information from the application and get insights about the candidate’s motivation and expectations for this position.

Stage 3
Second interview and assessment

The selected candidates are invited to attend job interview. Typically, the recruiting manager and a department colleague or a Resourcing Team member will participate in the interview.

Stage 4

Dependent on where the role will be based, we will obtain references from your former employer.

Stage 5

If you are not invited to attend an interview, you will either receive a rejection email. If you have attended an interview with us, you will receive verbal/written notification of the outcome of your interview.
