As an Engineering Project Manager you will be responsible for managing engineering projects for our Technical Operations Department from conception to completion. You will be also managing and communicating projects definition, milestones and schedules with overall responsibility for budgets.
- Project Management of all engineering projects achieving the budget KPI’s (agendas, timelines, budgets, etc.)
- Implementation of tasks related to the modernization of technical infrastructure by creating specifications, designing, scheduling and coordination of execution works
- Responsibility for CAPEX project managing and communicating project definition, milestones, schedules, and project status
- Evaluating and approving changes that substantially impact the scope, budget, or schedule of a project
- Leading the meetings and documenting action items and progress
- Reporting and presenting to senior management on project status and schedules
- Collaborating with all teams of the Technical Operations Department and all other groups in the Biotechnology Department and the Polpharma group
- 5 + years of Experience in Engineering Project Management in a pharmaceutical industry
- Degree in Engineering, Process Engineering or similar
- Experience in managing direct team
- Solid knowledge of cGMP and FDA requirements
- Strong track record of on-time project delivery and ability to manage entire project life cycle
- Sound technical expertise (machinery equipment and production processes technology)
- Fluent English
- Ability to create and lead functional project teams
- Ability to identify and reduce risk
