Project Description:
Join the team responsible for delivering tools supporting agile development and development of applications 80+ teams with tools to prioritize their work, ServiceDesk tools, tool to documentation etc.
Responsibilities
- Automatize installation, patching and disaster recovery procedures
- Application and Operations architecting
- Configuration and development of enhancement modules to the tools
- Deliver and support services for development teams being able to plan, document and review their deliverables.
- Device, describe and facilitate methodologies and workflows across development teams.
- Supporting development teams in their use of the services
- Write, build and update scripts, for extending Jira and Confluence beyond its standard capabilities using Groovy and/or Atlassian REST API's
- Design and developing of App's for Jira and Confluence.
- Maintain data files and monitor system configuration to ensure data integrity.
- Understand system architecture of upstream and downstream impacts when implementing solution
- Troubleshoot access and/or performance issues, read log files
- Create and maintain documentation
Skills
- Expertise with Jira, Confluence, Crowd
- Deep knowledge of ScriptRunner
- Familiar with adding and using Macros and other confluence add-ons
- Experience with Bitbucket and Jenkins
- Write custom JQL (Jira Query Language)
- Experience in software development and experience with developing against 3rd party APIs
