You'll be working as a part of Level 2 team in TOC organization, which supports a platform called NEO and will be responsible for driving the service transition of NEO hosted on-prem services to the cloud . Neo is a cross-asset digital banking platform. Clients and staff can access a comprehensive suite of products and services covering the full investment lifecycle from the convenience of a single interface. The Level 2 team is responsible for supporting the core platform and work towards onboarding asset classes with the focus on enhancing the technologies which will benefit the various businesses within the bank. The team works seamlessly with colleagues, developers, business analysts and project managers to identify and implement improvements to support procedures and tools to further enhance the availability and stability of this mission critical platform.

- Drive service transition of UBS NEO (UBS's cross asset digital platform) services in collaboration with the UBS NEO PMO and Product Management team to the cloud
- Own service transition processes and ensure these are communicated and followed throughout the lifecycle of the project
- Support the delivery of key requirements as defined in the service transition framework by providing ongoing support and expertise
- Ensure all processes comply with bank defined security and technology standards
- Ensure all service design and end to end support models are reviewed and implemented for any changed or new services
- Chair service readiness reviews and make recommendations on go-live, early-life support and service acceptance
- Liaise with Business and IT stakeholders regularly to track and communicate project deliverables
- Maintain the Service Risk Register
- Previous experience in service transition and service design with a strong focus on asset and configuration management, capacity management and change management
- Previous/hands on work experience with transitioning services to the Cloud( Microsoft Azure/AWS)
- Reviewed and influenced design, architecture, standards and methodologies across a distributed
platform and infrastructure technology stack
- Strong communication, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure stuff out)
- Experience in risk management, continual service improvement and stakeholder management
- To ensure new systems / services deployed can be integrated to existing monitoring and management tools so that the performance of the service and deviations from normal are easily anticipated and instrumented.
