Job Summary:
- Key member of the analyst team responsible for delivery of analytics and reporting solutions in best in class BI tools in an agile framework
- This position gives an opportunity to grow analytics and reporting competences, implement process excellence and innovations for the leader in real estate services cooperating with the group of experts and talents around the globe
Responsibilities:
- Lead the whole cycle of dashboard and analytics development from understanding Clients" needs through development of dashboards and analytics in Business Intelligence software to hyper care period
- Assuring data integrity and effective reports validation
- Communicate with various stakeholders, such as: Clients, other analysts, database developers, project managers, etc.
- Propose innovations focused on data visualization and analytics
Requirements:
- Fluent English in speaking and writing is a must
TOOLS & PROCESSES
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems and processes quickly
- Experience in using Business Intelligence tools, such as Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik View, etc.
- Experience with data analytics software, such as: Alteryx, KNIME, etc.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office
- At least working knowledge of SQL
DATA ANALYSIS
- Excellent analytical skills proven by at least 3 years of experience
- Attention to details with a strong focus on accuracy, data validation and data integrity
- Translate data into insights: ability to comprehend, analyse, and interpret various types of business data
COMMUNICATION & PRESENTATION
- Communicate with stakeholders to gain requirements and gather information
- Present information to a variety of different audiences (both internal and external)
OTHERS
- Organized, able to work independently and effectively manage workload
- Highly self-motivated and showing initiative, flexible and collaborative
- Responsible and mature attitude (responsibility for the managed reporting projects)
- A creative thinker and a problem-solver
DESIRABLE
- Project management and Agile/Scrum methodologies experience
- Knowledge of VBA, Python, R
- Knowledge of GIS software
- Experience with relational databases (e.g. MS SQL Server, Oracle)
- Experience in real estate or retail industry
