For our Requirements Engineering & Software Development Team we are seeking the following:
- Analysing, designing and implementing existing ticket workflows
- Creating highly automated service delivery processes
- Defining software requirements in terms of the business needs
- Transferring new ideas into the new tools landscape: analysing and specifying which reports are still needed, data mapping from legacy system to new system, modernisation of technical procedures in close cooperation with software developers
- Introducing new toolsets to internal end-users
- Structuring work autonomously
- Managing change requests
- Fluent English is a must
- Experience in adapting functional business requirements and processes to technical solutions
- Ability to apply process improvements, reengineer methodologies and principles to process modernisation projects
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- MS SQL knowledge
- IT Service Delivery background as an asset
