- deliver superior customer experience to individuals and business clients by calls, mail, chat, and Facebook messages
- support customers in arranging consultations with doctors, solving client's problems
- provide a detailed analysis of reported issues
- propose new solutions for the operation of the telemedicine platform
- collect comments from clients and doctors
- handle complaints, reporting irregularities and deficiencies in consultations to physicians
- take care of the proper circulation of medical documentation
- an empathetic, understanding, and discreet person,
- communicative knowledge of English and Spanish language,
