Customer Service Specialist with Ukrainian, Russian and English

Your daily tasks:  

  • Providing the highest level of customer service (Chat/E-mail/Phone);   
  • Answering incoming calls and meeting targets set by the customer and management;  
  • Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;   
  • Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner;   
  • Achieving quality goals for calls and customer satisfaction.

What do we expect from you?

  • Language: Proficiency in Ukrainian and Russian (C1) and English (B2);  
  • Experience: Cool if you have experience in sales;   
  • Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;   
  • Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic. 
  • Advantages will be:

Working conditions:  

  • Type of contract you choose yourself (freelance contract for students or employment contract);  
  • Basic salary + bonuses;  
  • Flexible working hours: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday (8 hours a day);  
  • Work from our new office in Warsaw or from home
