Your Task
- Coordination of IT requests & incidents in the ticketing system
- Proactive SLA tracking, monitoring correct timeliness and ticket flow
- Dispatching onsite engineers for hardware related repairs using Hemmersbach internal system
- Active communication with onsite engineers and customers
- Contacting with our technical teams and local management
- Excellent French is a must
- Communicative English level
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes
- Customer approach and very good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Readiness to work on shifts (between 08:00 am and 06:30 pm)
Would be an asset :
- Proven experience with customer service
- Previous work experience in the service desk
- IT/Hardware related background
