In this role, you will be responsible for Procure to pay process (P2P) change management, best practices rollout, related trainings delivery, system testing and supporting International Paper internal customers.
Procure to Pay Project Lead is expected to understand the end to end Procure to Pay process, being SAP Materials Management (SAP MM) expert, be able to manage projects on behalf of the International Paper sourcing organization.
In your role, you will be a key enabler in EMEA Global Sourcing team to assure the efficient and effective execution of both the Procurement and Sourcing processes by aligning procurement systems, SharePoint, internet pages and providing user support across EMEA 27+ facilities.
- Define business requirements with users and stakeholders for any new projects or enhancements
- Drive and manage multiple projects through the established change control process towards implementation
- Provide procurement and storeroom systems and processes improvement, standardization, and user's support for paper mills and box plants in EMEA
- Conduct system testing prior enhancement implementation of go-live
- Provide hyper-care period users support
- Develop training documentation and ensure effective communication on new processes, projects or enhancements
- Deliver training on SAP MM, BW, business analysis tools and other procurement systems
- Conduct change management as required for procurement system end-users
- Provide SAP MM and SAP SRM user support for sourcing and procurement processes
- Support new facilities enrollment into SAP procurement model
- Provide timely, high quality operational and user support as required
- Represent EMEA as Subject Matter Expert in International Paper global projects and implementations
- Bachelor degree in IT or business related field is a must
- Advanced SAP MM knowledge is a must
- Experience in BW, SRM, FI and ARIBA will be an asset
- General Procurement, Storeroom and/or Finance experience
- Project Management experience
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite – Excel, Word, Power Point, SharePoint, Access
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is essential
- Ability to communicate in French, Spanish, Italian, Polish or Russian would be an advantage
- Analytical skills (data analysis)
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- The role will involve business travel up to 20% of working time
