- Manage an entire lifecycle of the requirements,
- Interview business stakeholders to understand their requirements towards software extensions,
- Elicitation of requirements (focus on software requirements, application of Agile approach – Epics, User Stories, etc)
- Write functional and non-functional specification of changes,
- Participate in, manage and execute testing incl. defining test strategies, writing test cases, executing system integration tests and documenting test execution.
Must have:
- Experience as IT Business Analyst in software of at least 5 years,
- Very good written and spoken English,
- Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team,
- Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines.
- Experience working in SCRUM/Agile teams with a good understanding of Agile Approach
- Practical experience working with JIRA and Confluence
- Data analysis via different tools (Excel, reports)
Huge advantage to have:
- Experience/Knowledge in Build Chain and Continuous integration tools. (Jenkins, JIRA, Repositories -GIT/SVN/Nexus, SONAR, etc )
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of SQL
- Business Analyst Certification,
- Previous experience In Financial Industry,
- Experience in continuous improvement initiatives, software testing (e.g. UAT),
We provide all the tools needed within IT to do their core business - the development and lifecycle management of software (Demand- & Portfolio Management, Project Management, Analysis and Design, Implementation, Testing and others).
As part of this team you will be engaged in providing the solutions and services.
In this position you will be working in various roles along the full application lifecycle: analysis & design, development, integration, testing, documentation, maintenance and decommissioning.
During these phases you will work closely together with your colleagues in the team, Delivery Management, worldwide distributed production and 2nd level support, as well as (mostly Swiss based) product owners.
As a methodology we apply Agile/ Scrum and traditional aproaches.
