For our Client, an international company with an SSC in Poznań, we are looking for Customer Care Specialist with English.
The Customer Care Specialist tasks will include: answering product questions, providing pricing information, replying incoming emails as well as entering orders into the systems.
If you are willing to join the team, you should speak English fluently and have an experience in customer service, have high communication skills, be talkative and reliable and have a good command of MS Office.
