To our project, for global Brand, we are looking for candidates for the following position:

Customer Service Agent with French
Your tasks:
  • first level email support in French,
  • cooperation with other departments of the company regarding customer inquiries.
If:
  • you are fluent in French,
  • you are communicative in English,
  • you are ready for the minimum of 80 hours of work monthly, with the possibility of up to 120 hours,
  • you know the MS Office package well,
  • you have excellent communication and well-developed interpersonal skills,
  • you have the ability to deal professionally with customers in a foreign language,
  • you are customer and goal oriented and want to develop your skills at work.
