As Junior Specialist in Customer Service Department you will handle B2B relations with our customers. Mainly related to:
- Responsible for order management activities in SAP
- Manages returns from the customers
- Coordinates resolution of shipping incidents
- Actively looks for potential process improvements
- Ensures resolution of queries within the contractual metrics
- Very good English (min. B2) & French or German (preferably C1)
- Preferably experience in customer service
- Experience in working with SAP would be an asset
- Microsoft Office package knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
