- Coordination of the work of the personnel in turn, ensuring the correct execution of the production phases foreseen in the sterile room
- Supporting direct manager in planning activities of the department
- Checking that GMP standards are respected during production activities
- Guarantee cleaning of equipment and work places of competence
- Compiling the production documentation of its competence and verify the correct compilation by colleagues
- Reporting any critical situations to the direct superior
- Support of FAT and SAT activities and Qualification activities
- Complying with the provisions concerning the methods of dressing and behaviour in the areas with controlled contamination and control compliance by the colleagues on duty / team
- Agreeing with staff the work shifts and schedule the holidays in collaboration with the other Head / Turn Team
- Guaranteeing correct management of Sterile Chamber facilities and equipment
- Regularly presenting data, challenges, issues and plans to Drug Product Manager
- Regularly meetings with Operators to plan activities and support problem solving
- Managing and guaranteeing consumables stock level in cooperation with Supply Chain Manager
- Support of production of documentation and training schedules for Operators
- Higher education in biotechnology, chemical engineering, biology or related
- 2 years of experience in Aseptic Filling operation (grade A/B mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with Single-use and other sterile systems
- Knowledge of off-line, at-line and on-line techniques for process monitoring
- Understanding of Microbiology and Sterility issues
- GMP experience maturated in FnF Full scale Manufacturing plant
- Hands-on experience with FnF equipment and visual inspection
- Fluency in English, knowledge of Polish language will be of advantage
