Our job is to help our clients prepare for and manage those risks, through pensions; general insurance; insurance; reinsurance and risk management; investment consulting; health & benefits broking and consulting; captive solutions or human capital consulting.
Currently we are looking for experienced professional who will join us on the position of
- Coordinating and preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Performing accounting activities according to UGB (USGAAP knowledge is a plus)
- Control of all invoicing activities and payment runs
- Structure development and creation of a proper dunning
- Assisting in tax returns preparation
- Being a contact for external and internal auditors and tax authorities
- Resolving accounting issues and reporting to the Group
- Team management (after proper induction)
- Solid accounting experience (minimum 5 years) gained in international companies or audit or tax firm
- Fluency in German and English
- Educational background (Accountancy, Finance) CIMA or ACCA would be a plus
- Strong focus of numbers as well as analytical and solution-oriented way of working
- Being a team player with strong hands-on mentality
- Knowledge of Microsoft tools Word (good) and Excel (very good) in addition to exposure to at least one accounting software package
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills essential with experience of presenting to a varied audience.
