For ournewly established global HR Shared Service Center we are seeking the following:

 

HR Administrator
Location: Polska, Katowice

 

YOUR TASK:
  • Support our in-house recruiters’ daily work across all regions and country borders
  • Creating and publishing job advertisements
  • Entering applicants data, updating internal HR database
  • Managing applications’ assignments and status, ensuring proceeding in a timely manner
  • Talent acquisition: sourcing and engaging passive candidates, building a talent pool and pipeline
  • Creating contracts and amendments, HR documents administration
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
  • Excellent English language skills, other languages as an asset
  • Computer literacy (especially in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work remotely in virtual team in international work environments
  • Enthusiasm and friendly attitude
  • High degree of accuracy and detail orientation, continuous improvement approach
