As part of a Training Team a trainer is responsible for the following:
- Mapping out of the operational training plan based on the needs of the business requirements
- Execution and management of end to end training process from Recruitment hand-over to official transition to production, ensuring on-time and precise delivery of Pre-Process (Pre-Product), Process (Product), and On-The-Job training programs including remediation process if necessary
- Ensuring hand-over of agreed on training yield and pass rate on the identified skills verification process KPIs based on production expectations and requirements
- Taking part in regular QT deployment activities (team huddles, refresher sessions, Care Bay (if implemented), individual programs)
- Planning the training calendar & logistics
- Very Good English (C1)
- Ability to present to an audience and effectively manage learning process
- Knowledge of business processes & understanding of the priorities
- Ability of implementation end-to-end training needs analysis in identifying intervention approaches to address performance gaps in production
- Knowledge of MS Office, specially Excel & PowerPoint
- Using foreign language and new technology solutions daily, cooperating with various global Clients.
