About this opportunity

 

Welcome to the IT Change Management  team. We add value by supporting  Nodea  in securing high quality and compliant changes.  As Compliance Manager you’ll play a valuable role in in the development of the governence & complinacy framwork in Change and Release process. The job offers an exciting mix of challenges, where different areas of knowledge and skills are needed: data and analytical mastery, ability to digest and understand business processes, a good sense of governance and excellent communication skills. You will join a highly professional team with a large network across the bank and with excellent opportunities for personal and professional development.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Identifying, describing, assessing, managing & reporting change & release processes related risks
  • Defining & managing secondary process control procedures & targets
  • Driving improvement of secondary & primary process controls
  • Ensuring that proactive, automated, sustainable & continuous improved procedures are built around the change & release process compliance governance & management framework
  • Participation in the planning of compliance activities
  • Advice & training of process managers & employees on how to mitigate process related compliance risks
  • Develop methods for data extraction and quantitative analysis.
  • Respond to enquiries from the both internal & external auditors ensuring quality assured & professional communication with these stakeholders

The role is based in Gdynia or Warsaw.

Your experience and background:  

  • Previous involvement in change risk management roles & basic experience with project management is an advantage
  • Experience of control development and frameworks
  • International experience & at least one of relevant certificates: ITIL, COBIT, CRISC, CISA etc.,
  • Experience in audit will be an asset
  • Very strong people and stakeholder management skills to provide partnership and commercial insight with divisional teams
  • Fluent English is a must
