Junior IT support officer
Location: Warszawa
Your job includes the following tasks:
- Widely understood IT support for office employees
- Installation and management of teleinformation, audio and video infrastructure
- IT systems administration including SCCM, Active Directory, MS Exchange
- Configuration and administration of office IT equipment including computers, laptops, telephones
- Ensuring the continuity of work of multifunction devices, e.g. printers, plotter
- Installing applications on workstations and maintaining the application directory
- Training employees in the IT area
- Help organising meetings / rooms for IT installation
- Keeping IT infrastructure documentation
- Aligning with global IT policies
About you:
- First degree related to Information Technology or comparable qualification
- Fluent in Polish and very good English skills
- Basic IT knowledge
- Willingness to develop new IT skills
- Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise effectively
- Interest in fixing technical problems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients
- Previous experience with Service Desk or Local IT support would be an asset, but not required
- Previous experience with remote support including troubleshooting, diagnosis, resolution, software deployment will be considered as a distinctive asset
