Welcome to the Banking Operations Poland - Swedish Unit team. We add value by working everyday for our Customers and Stakeholders placed in Sweden. As a Team we create value to the Private and Corporate clients by opening new accounts and services for them. As Junior Process Officer, you’ll play a valuable role in this process by providing professional services which will create Great Customer Experience and you will have a crucial role in the development of the Banking Operations Poland.
What you’ll be doing:
- Opening new accounts in the Nordea
- Opening new services for Private and Corporate Clients
- Updating Customer information
- Creating a reports
- Supporting Continuous Improvement area

Your experience and background:
- Graduated from Secondary school or University
- Your English language is on the level B1/B2 as minimum
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- Interest in working within financial industry
- No previous Banking experience required
- Swedish language will be an advantage but it is not required for this position
