Key account manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Continuous business development, including positive development of revenue and earnings
- Maintain and improve relations with important business partners
- Identifiy and approach market leading furniture manufacturers both Poland based and international organizations
- Create relationships with their sales staffs/offices, dealers, interior designers and associated contractors
- Prepare and implement own sales budget, with follow up on revenues, costs and action plans
- realize and ensure efficient implementation of the visions and objectives in the established strategy plan
- Provide monthly reports to management on achievement of KPI’s, sales statistics, market intelligence on new projects, product launches etc
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experienced sales professional
- Excellent business management skills, and ability to identify opportunities and take action to improve the financial health of the overall account
- Experience from customer relationship management, initiating and performing activities with various business partners
- Experience from furniture industry
- An analytical and strategic skill set
- Good communication skills (also in English) and the ability to work effectively within different teams
- Good knowledge of Social Medias
- A relevant commercial education and/or documented sales results
- A strong network in the Eastern Europe A&D community
- And are a competent user of Microsoft Office and other IT tools
