Axiom, a pioneer in the legal industry and a leading, global provider of technology-enabled legal solutions, is seeking a Legal Negotiator to join one of our team in our Wroclaw Centre of Excellence. It is a fixed-term position for 18 months.

Responsibilities of the Legal negotiator will range depending on seniority but may include:
- Reviewing documentation and clarifying discrepancies
- Drafting commercial contracts: RFPs, Amendments, A&R, SCAs, ILECs, Novation Agreements (also final versions)
- Preparing Summaries of Defined Terms
- Contact with Customer Care (also in Polish) and/or requestors (Attorneys only)
- Using Client`s IT tools
- Creating knowledge bases
- Creating reports
- Have fluency in English
- Hold Law Degree
- Have an excellent attention to detail skillset
- Up to 2 years’ experience in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements (may be in Polish law firm)
- Have outstanding communication skills; both written and verbal
