M&A Manager is one of key roles in Medicover Dentistry management team, contributing to our dental business growth via mergers and acquisitions. As M&A Manager you will be responsible for planning and delivery of dental services M&A strategy and for post merger integration of acquired businesses.You will be reporting directly to board member - managing director of Dental Services Subdivision. Your job will be based in Warsaw with frequent travels around Poland.
Your main responsibilities:
As our M&A Manager in Medicover Dentistry you will be responsible for:
- M&A planning (annual acquisition plans and budgets)
- Monitoring dental services market and identifying companies or projects and preselecting acquisition targets; networking and managing relations with current and prospect business partners
- Managing due diligence process with support of our internal experts
- Preparing acquisition projects evaluation and assessment of M&A synergies and risks
- Managing relations with business owners and participating in negotiating purchase prices and SPA terms and executing SPA signing and closing
- Delivering pre-closing and post-closing conditions and coordinating post merger integration with support of our internal experts and various areas leads
To succeed in this role you will need to demonstrate:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in independent role in full scale M&A assignments (M&A targeting, DD, execution and post merger integrations); experience in healthcare acquisitions will be an added value
- Energy and drive to deliver upon agreed M&A targets;
- Strong negotiation, influencing and managing relations skills with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills supported by ability to conduct full scale DD process and company evaluation and financial models
- Problem solving and "can do" attitude and comfort in working under pressure and deadlines
- English: upper intermediate
- MS Office and analytical tools at advanced level
- Driving licence
