- Provide level 3 support (in terms of ITIL), including on-call and troubleshooting of network performance, network capacity, and distributed application performance related incidents as escalated by deployment and level 3 escalation teams;
- Perform onsite installation and/or problem determination and resolution of network performance and application delivery solutions and services related components as needed (only as required to supplement our global deployment teams);
- Provide day-to-day mentoring and knowledge transfer for junior members of the Network team;
- Develop operational support processes and job aids for all services and solutions designed and implemented;
- Provide input into the creation of systems management and maintenance tools required to effectively and securely manage the network performance and application delivery infrastructure;
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field;
- Preferable to have 1 plus years in networking technologies and operations, including network performance and/or network application delivery;
- Experience in area of Routing (OSPF, BGP protocols), Layer2/Layer3 Switching, Wireless and Quality of Service;
- Experience in Juniper and Fortinet firewalls;
- Understanding of networking concepts and components (DNS, DHCP, NAT, firewall, proxy, web filters, switches, routers, etc.);
- Using foreign language and new technology solutions daily, cooperating with various global Clients.
