- Strategic planning and implementation of online campaigns on all relevant channels (such as SEO, SEA, Display, Social, Affiliate and Newsletters)
- Managing our online channels in terms of Traffic and Lead generation in combination with Conversion Rate Optimization
- Modifying the campaigns accordingly and managing the digital advertising budget
- Conceptualizing and implementing new approaches (trends) in order to increase the traffic through our channels and website
- Consulting with executives and teams as an online expert
- University degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Communications or and equivalent training
- Proven experience with Online Marketing and Employer Branding
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Content Management systems, website optimization
- Fluent English skills (spoken and written)
- Experience with established procedures and latest trends in digital marketing
- Motivation, team spirit and assertiveness

- Basic knowledge of image processing and layout (Adobe Creative Cloud)
