We are looking a highly motivated and capable person for the member of our recruitment team, who would like to develop in recruitment department. You will be responsible for fully supporting the recruitment team and providing first class administrative work.
Your daily tasks and duties will include:
- Managing/utilizing candidates in recruitment processes
- Conducting initial phone screen interviews
- Verification of the candidates' competence
- Participation in job fairs
- Coordinating parts of mass recruitment processes
- Building long-term relationships with candidates
- at least 3rd year student in Human Resources or related field
- previous experience in similar role would be an asset
- very good knowledge of MS Office
- strong operational, organizational & multi-tasking skills
- very good communication skills
- interested in Human Resources field
- good communication in English (both written and spoken)
- availability at least 25 hours per week
