Job description
We are searching the person who will grow the corporate outsourcing department in our company. We are young fast growing company ( in one year we've grown from zero to more than 10 people). Currently we are offering successfully outsourcing services for startups all over the world. This department is growing and we started new department for body leasing corporate services. Already we have corporate clients in Krakow.
Desired person will be responsible for:
- establish relations with new clients
- cooperation with existing corporations
- cooperation with HR
- self motivation and building the department
- department sales process management
Requirements
- commercial experience at similar position (for example Junior Key Account Manager) at least 2 years
- experience with sales of IT services
- very good english
- experience with corporate relations building
- pro active attitude
- target oriented and self-reliance
- very good organizational and interpersonal skills
