Position Summary:
Primary responsibility is support of SAP Vistex and process improvements of monthly administration of the sales incentive calculations, audit and issue resolution. Quality of this system and process impacts significant aspects of our business and sales employees including the accuracy and timeliness of sales incentive calculations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal, communication, documentation and troubleshooting skills. This person will understand the sales incentive plans and administration process and will be able to develop, implement and drive efficiency changes within that process as needed. In addition, this person will be able to think critically and exhibit strong problem-solving skills.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Detail-oriented and able to concentrate for long periods of time
- Able to work according to schedule and communicate efficiently and effectively with supervisors and co-workers, including regional co-workers
- Improve processes, like monthly reconciliations of data to source systems to ensure data accuracy for incentive pay, including billing data and territory management
- Participate as needed on monthly data gathering and maintenance for sales roles where manual data collection is required
- Document process steps which are likely to be developing and changing
- Support regional ticket process
- Perform ad-hoc monthly analysis and reconciliations to support the administration of sales incentive compensation
Requirements:
- Bachelor required (preferable in Sciences and related field of study)
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written
- Detail oriented with the ability to analyze, interpret and solve practical problems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Access, Excel and Outlook
- Familiarity or background in developing within Microsoft Access database queries preferred
- Experience with an ERP System, Product Management Software and CRM Software will be an additional asset
