NES Global Talent for a leading global provider of specialized products and engineering solutions for Food Process Industry currently looking for Regional Sales Manager.
The Candidate will have a strong focus on business development, on sales value, sales efficiency and effectiveness of sales processes. We are looking for a sales manager, with preparation in food process engineering, customer and market oriented, who can develop him/herself in modern and international organizational context with clear challenge for growth.
- Develop and implement the business strategies, organization set up, and sales management to lead the team to achieve business targets.
- Expand and distribute application knowhow internally via training courses and externally via customer seminars and exhibitions.
- Lead the activities of Food Process Division business.
- Build a multi-skilled, performance oriented Sales Team that represent the core values of Client.
- Manage an existing customer base.
- Key customer management.
- Build relationship with new and existing customers.
- Launch new products for existing and new customers.
- Promote equipment to customers and gain market share from competition.
- Manage project execution.
- Gather competitor intelligence and take appropriate market actions in consultation with Regional Manager.
- Ensure full customer satisfaction.
- Provide robust sales forecasts and sales performance data.
- A self-starter who is hardworking and enthusiastic to learn.
- Good technical ability, with exposure to Process industries.
- Ability to work well both within the team and independently.
- Dynamic, initiative-driven, persistent, reliable and goal-oriented.
- Team / People oriented, thriving in multicultural environment.
- Good negotiating skills.
- Commercial and financial acumen.
- Ability to multitask and work to deadlines.
- Very well conversant with MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Polish native, a good command of English.
- Valid B driving license.
- Flexibility to travel within the country and the surrounding countries.
- 3 – 5 Years proven experience working in the relevant Industry, directly.
- Proven track record in sales and negotiation within the Food Process industry.
- Experience with Key Account Management.
- An Engineering Bachelors Degree (prefrably Food Processing).
- Experience and networking within the Process industries.
Salary: In depend on proffessional background and expirance. This issue is subject to negotiations on both sides.
