- Collect appropriate approvals and manage territory change requests
- Assist on special projects on an ongoing basis
- Analyze Role/Forecast Hierarchy and Territory to enable new year sales planning
- Resolve opportunity ownership issues with respect to account ownership and/or role forecast hierarchy
- Communicate and educate account executives regarding appropriate guidelines
- Oversee and review customer account data management done by Sales Data Desk Associate
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the team
- Monitor training requirement of the team and ensure SLA adherence
- Relevant experience with 3-5 years
- Proficient in MS office, specifically including vlookups and pivot tables
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a demonstrated willingness to work in a team environment with diversity
- Detail-oriented, with a reputation for thorough process documentation creation, review, and training
- Demonstrates concern for achieving or surpassing results against an internal or external standard of excellence. Shows a passion for improving services with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Necessary technical knowledge, skills, and judgment to accomplish a result or to serve a customer's needs effectively.
- Responds to change with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new ways to accomplish work activities and objectives.
