Job description
- Administration of internal trainings (conference room booking, hotel reservations for participants and trainers, contact with booking service etc.)
- Internal training planning - activities related to internal training organization, consultation with team in Germany, checking the availability of trainers, conference rooms etc.
- Managing enrollment queries - e.g. queries and activities related to enrollment, cancellation, consultation with trainers if needed
- Admin activities - checking the lists, contact with the system admin
- Creating a PO Number/checking whether there is a PO no needed
- Invitation preparation and distribution (downloading participant list, checking the supervisors, training details consolidation e.g. time, place, duration, name of trainer etc.)
- Cooperation with trainers - clarifying their requirements, training details, participant list etc.
- Update of curriculum list and training calendar
- Handling general queries about internal trainings
- Preparing invoices and monthly budget, costs and training reports
- Internal equipment and learning materials logistics
- Creating of reports and forecasts
Position purpose
We are looking for a team member responsible for processing the Learning & Development related data correctly and timely according to the project deadlines and to the expected quality, who will interact with the Client on daily basis via phone and email, work on resolving Learning & Development issues, cooperate with other delivery team members, ensure that the documentation is up to date.
Candidate’s profile
- Excellent German communication skills, both written and verbal (C1)
- Very good knowledge of English (min. B2)
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Good organizational skills, attention to details
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Very good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
- “Can-do” attitude and proactive approach
