- As a person you are driven by ensuring global ways of working with the end user in (and co-workers) and local conditions in mind,
- you build relationships easily and know how to communication on different levels. By having a high awareness for the operational (daily) responsibilities people have you get the global tactical/strategical agenda in place,
- you have a proven track record of 3-5 years of operational experience of staff planning or shift management in a multilingual call centre, helpdesk, IT service desk or similar or experience in delivering staff planning or shift management and are now ready to take the next step,
- you have knowledge about the implementation of plans in accordance with established budgets and goals,
- you have knowledge of labor law and legal requirements in employment planning and want to develop it, Beneficial is knowledge about French or Swedish or German labor law,
- you are interested in the process of organizing working time and the way it is carried out in the unit, you have the knowledge and potential to develop in this direction,
- you approach your work responsibly, like to take initiatives and create solutions that are important both for your colleagues and for business,
- you like to work effectively: you perform tasks and achieve specific goals and results, fluently working in MS Office (especially MS Excel) and systems supporting work time planning,
- you like working with lots of data, analytical thinking, accuracy and precision,
- you are actively listening and are able to express your opinions and opinions assertively,
- you are fluent in English (both written and verbal).
Beneficial is experience working in a matrix organization with virtual teams delivering on promise through teams/people that are indirect reports; globally and locally. Previous experience with Teleopti or Verint or similar global staff management systems is positive.
- Create long-term staff planning and ensure that the staffing plan meets the needs of the user organisations,
- Responsibility for the entire staffing process from forecasting to follow-up of the outcome for all incoming support channels for South and East Area,
- Make adjustments to approved staff plan when needed,
- Make sure that stakeholders are informed and participates in optimizing the workforce by focusing on employees, users and IT Service Desk business needs,
- Ensure that work schedules are in conformity with laws, agreements and local agreements
- You will co-ordinate cross area tasks: Changes in volumes, opening hours, peak planning, vacation planning and global training needs,
- Another area of responsibility is to develop efficient ways of working including tools while ensuring best practice are shared in and between the areas,
- As you will have a matrix responsibility for staff planners, you will also co-ordinate competence development for staff planners. The Area Manager with have the line responsibility for the staff planners in her/his area.
You will be working closely with the Area Manager, Team Managers to proand other staff planners to provide tactical and strategic direction. Area Manager have the operational accountability for Staff Planning.

IT Service Desk is present globally, divided into five areas; North America, North West Europe, Central Europe, South East Europe and Asia Pacific supporting around the clock. As Staff Planning you will drive and be responsible for preparing schedule for South and East Europe, support Staff Planners in others Areas.
