Obowiązki:
konfiguracja i instalacja urządzeń peryferyjnych, aplikacji oraz systemu Windows
diagnoza błędnego działania urządzeń oraz aplikacji – poszukiwanie rozwiązań, naprawa,
konserwacja urządzeń, serwisowanie oraz zlecanie i nadzór napraw w serwisach zewnętrznych, nadzór nad procesem reklamacji,
pomoc Użytkownikom w obsłudze urządzeń oraz aplikacji,
zdalne wsparcie techniczne dla użytkowników pracujących w terenie,
zarządzanie stanem magazynowym części zamiennych oraz urządzeń, zakupy,
inwentaryzacja sprzętu, zarządzanie obiegiem dokumentów technicznych oraz protokołami zdawczo-odbiorczymi,
nadzór na poprawnym działaniem sieci teleinformatycznej.
Wymagania:
wykształcenie min. średnie na kierunku Informatyka, mile widziane wykształcenie wyższe,
min. roczne doświadczenie zawodowe na podobnym stanowisku pracy,
praktyka w zakresie zarządzania, naprawy oraz konfiguracji sprzętu teleinformatycznego,
dobra znajomość języka angielskiego,
wysoka kultura osobista, entuzjazm w działaniu,
komunikatywność, otwartość,
kreatywność i samodzielność w działaniu.
