Test Engineer / Test Manager

You are a good match if you:
- Have very good knowledge of the test management tools like HP ALM/ Quality Center
- Have experience in Agile delivery environment
- Have ISTQB certification
- Have working knowledge of JIRA
- Have excellent spoken and written English

- Advanced SQL and Unix commands skills
- Finance and banking industry experience with understanding of trading environment
You will be responsible for:
- Defining test design and test automation strategy or executing approach for various type of tests at different levels across the whole solution delivery lifecycle
- Performing Monitoring & Controlling test activities (e.g. timely delivery, quality control, test coverage, performance monitoring) and appropriate reporting of test status and test results defined in the test strategy
- Stakeholder management in area of testing, including identification of key-stakeholders and active collaboration with them, coordination of tasks, management of dependencies, escalation of issues.
- Team management skills to support implementation and execution of the test strategy within team distributed across Poland, India, NY, London and Zurich
