- Participates in transition of processes and enables seamless takeover of activities
- Understands the processes which are in scope and goes through complete process training to understand intricacies to create a thorough documented training plan
- Works hand-in-hand with operations, QA, process document writers and SFDC to create & update training programs on an ongoing basis
- Applies best-practice in process training to deliver effective training practices
- Enables velocity in onboarding of new joiners and existing employees in the operations floor
- Measures effectiveness of training by conducting continuous examinations of employees on the floor
- Works with SFDC to implement future requirements for training with changes in process
- Provide necessary documentation to customer as requested by them, or when follow up is necessary and part of the process
- Participates on process improvement as needed
- Ensures compliance with all company policies
- Graduate with prior process training experience of 3-5 years
- Fluency in English
- Proficient in understanding processes and leading training as an expert
- Ability to build and maintain effective internal / business relationships
- Attention to detail, apply judgement on the job and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
- Good time management, prioritization skills and ability to work without close supervision and under pressure
- Passion to work with multiple teams, understanding of processes and expert in running training programs in a structured approach
- Prior experience of being a training lead and experience of creating process trainings either in delivery organization or training team
- Able to work with teams in multiple delivery centers at different time zones
