Responsibilites
- Join a rapidly growing global team building innovative solutions for traditional banking activities
- Collaborate with the global, cross-functional team to determine functional and design requirements, prototyping, development and deliver advanced UI builds
- Integrate with best in class strategic partners and vendors
- Implement unit and integration tests to improve resilience and maintain a high level of software quality
- Analyze existing software implementations to identify areas for improvement
- Update and maintain documentation for team processes, best practices, and runbooks
We offer
We have multiple projects ongoing or planned in the consumer banking space. This includes online platforms for savings, loans and other consumer finance products. We collaborate with colleagues located in Warsaw, London, Bengaluru, and New York. We work using agile methodologies, on a two week sprint cycle, and release software to production every two weeks. We are looking to migrate existing applications to Amazon AWS. All new applications will be deployed there. We have a lot of interesting, fun work lined up. Lots of new development. The team in Warsaw is currently at around 15 people. Here in Warsaw we mostly collaborate with the team in London and Bengaluru.
