Financial and administrative Assistant
Location: Warszawa
Job description
- Providing administrative support to our Regional Finance team;
- Scanning of invoices and entering bank transfers into the banking system;
- Managing filing/archiving of paper invoices in Warsaw;
- Update financial spreadsheets;
- Processing documents in a timely manner;
- Verification of documents for correctness and completeness;
- Assistance at the office;
- Helping out on ad hoc requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master studies or a fresh graduate of management, economy or similar;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Have great analytical & communication skills;
- Be very thorough/ caring about details;
- Be fluent in Polish and English skills (written and spoken);
- Be well organized, responsible, have ability to multitask and eager to learn;
- Be pro-active - take ownership of growth and do everything you can to support and enhance the quality of services;
- Truly think outside the box, find innovative methods and solutions because working smart > working hard.
