- Providing on-site and remote worldwide IT Support for End Users
- Analyzing and solving IT problems of Hemmersbach employees
- Installation and support different applications on users’ PCs
- Responsibility for IT equipment
- Participating in challenging IT projects
- Defining and managing security standards
- Collaborate with other IT support team members within the Hemmersbach team in troubleshooting and resolving problems, in addition to using all available resources such as personal skills, vendor documentation, and online knowledge bases
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems on an administrative level
- Very good knowledge of IT hardware, software and current new technologies
- Excellent customer service skills, strong attention to details with ability to multi-tasks
- Demonstrate the ability to think and act proactively, taking initiative on executive projects
- Very good English and Polish language
Assets:
- Bachelor’s Degree in field related with IT
- Previous experience working on a similar position (Service Desk, Help Desk, PC’s support and configuration)
- Working knowledge and experience with writing and editing Command, WSH or PowerShell scripting
