- Providing 1st and 2nd line support from a Client's office for an international customer
- Analyzing and solving IT issues related to Microsoft Windows Environment, MacOS, mobile devices, Network and office applications
- Performing installations, re-installations, maintenance, and repairs on Customer equipment
- Maintaining positive relations with end-users
- Escalating of major problems to next line support
- Excellent Polish and very good English
- Good knowledge about PC/Laptops configuration (software and hardware)
- Previous experience in working with different operating systems (especially Windows) and deskside technologies: Operating Systems, MS Office, Active Directory and Exchange
- Problem solving orientation and good communication skills
