[Junior] IT Service Engineer

Your tasks
  • Providing 1st and 2nd line support from a Client's office for an international customer
  • Analyzing and solving IT issues related to Microsoft Windows Environment, MacOS, mobile devices, Network and office applications
  • Performing installations, re-installations, maintenance, and repairs on Customer equipment
  • Maintaining positive relations with end-users
  • Escalating of major problems to next line support

OUR REQUIREMENTS
  • Excellent Polish and very good English
  • Good knowledge about PC/Laptops configuration (software and hardware)
  • Previous experience in working with different operating systems (especially Windows) and deskside technologies: Operating Systems, MS Office, Active Directory and Exchange
  • Problem solving orientation and good communication skills

Would be an asset:
