Job description
Core of the role is building bond between team on client side and Capgemini delivery team, cooperation with all parties to assure MRP process effectiveness and striving to improve.
Main accountabilities
As Supply Chain Coordinator you will have full leadership, ownership and accountability of Capgemini\'s team’s portfolio performance on agreed KPIs, processes and relationships. Supply Chain Coordinator would be responsible for one category of product from Client portfolio.
- You will be first point of contact for service issues,
- responsible for managing the service performance and mitigating risks,
- work together with the Client (supplying unit planners) and the Capgemini team on continuous development of service,
- participate in cross functional calls, building relations with all parties.
Requirements
- 1,5 years/3 years of experience – preferably in Supply Chain or International Trade areas
- Working knowledge of supply chain/sourcing principles, trade terms and conditions
- Fluent knowledge of English
- Excellent organizational skills of daily work
- Open minded communicator and negotiator
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Team player
- Agility to improve and innovate
- Attention to details
- Degree in supply chain, logistics, international trade or relevant professional experience will be an asset
