We are looking for a Security Consultant Governance Risk & Compliance to support the IBM Security Strategy, Risk & Compliance team in designing and implementing GRC solutions.
Tasks & accountabilities
- Maintain and support Public-Key Infrastructure components
- Support mission-critical systems, across multiple geographical locations and infrastructure providers
- Advanced level troubleshooting and support of PKI system issues
- Provide PKI consulting services to customers to understand the usage and responsibilities involved with PKI certificates
- Certificate lifecycle management: support issuance, renewal, revocation, and recover PKI certificates for end users and devices.
- Serve as a PKI Registration Authority (RA) for PKI systems
- Ensure that only state-of-the-art cryptographic PKI algorithms are used
- Coordinates technical incident response and remediation activities for PKI environments
- Publish reports and maintains metrics for PKI systems
- Support audit and compliance for key and certificate management
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 3-5 years of experience in managing Public Key Infrastructures (PKI)
- Proven experience with Certificate Lifecycle Management
- Proven experience with functional management of PKI components (Certificate Authorities, Registration Authority, Certificate trust chains, CRL, OCSP)
- Experience of Commissioning of new CAs (Key Ceremonies)
- Experience with operating HSMs (Hardware Security Modules)
- Experience with Cryptographic services, Data Protection, Strong authentication / multi-factor authentication technologies
- Experience with Enterprise-wide Key and Secret Management
- Excellent Knowledge of state-of-the-art cryptographic algorithms (following NIST, ENISA etc)
- Experience with protocols such as TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, SSH, S-MIME, RDP, FTP Secure
- University degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or similar Experience in IT and engineering
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and working relationships in a project-based / client-serving model, and to work closely with people at different levels of an organization
- Ability to work in an international context and excellent communication skills
- English is a mandatory language requirement
Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise
- 3-5 years of experience in working across diverse teams to facilitate solutions
- Professional Certifications, e.g. CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH, CCNP, or equivalent and Product Certification (IBM Suite of IAM products / 3rd Party) are welcome
