Real Estate Portfolio Analyst - Training Coordinator

Job Summary:

 

The candidate will be part of Portfolio Services Team and play an integral role in service delivery, especially the coordination of Tririga RE Database Global Training Program on the client account, which involves multiple stakeholders worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Become an SME on the Tririga RE Database;
  • Create training materials on Tririga RE Database (including manuals, PPTs, video recordings)
  • Train local CBRE teams in the use of Tririga RE Database and lease admin processes;
  • Report on Training Program status to agreed timescales;
  • Coordinate the Training Program activities and workload distribution;
  • Control the quality of the Training Program;
  • Ensure the completion of deadlines;
  • Constantly advise on Tririga RE Database and lease admin processes;
  • Abstract leases and analyse key property documents;
  • Regularly cooperate with Technology & Audit Teams;
  • Cooperate with other teams from around the world that support the Client;
  • Support local CBRE teams in Property Management Excellence;
  • Report from Tririga regularly and ad-hoc;
  • Report in excel from existing data to agreed timescales, regularly, and ad-hoc;
  • Participate in additional projects to enhance the product for the Client;
  • Report to Team Leader.
Requirements:
  • Must have fluent English in speaking and writing;
  • Must have very strong communication and organizational skills;
  • Experience in Training Delivery and Project Management would be an advantage;
  • High reporting skills would be an advantage;
  • Any other foreign language would be an advantage;
  • Minimum Bachelor"s degree;
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel & Power Point)
  • At least two years of experience in data administration/trainings/real estate would be an advantage;
  • High analytical skills, focused on details, fast learning;
  • Client orientated, capable to adapt to changing and demanding environment;
  • Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines while managing conflicting priorities;
  • Ability to keep very close relation with trainees and provide them with required support (queries
  • governance, best practice sharing, etc.)
  • High responsiveness to emails/enquiries;
  • Being a team player.
