- Source & engage with candidates using external and internal sources
- Manage advertising response in a timely manner
- Build and maintain quality relationships with candidates and prospects
- Use social media such as Facebook, Linked, Goldenline, Instagram, etc. to reach out to the widest possible candidate pool
- Keep internal data base & candidate pipelines up to date
- Phone screen candidates against agreed criteria to ensure a proper quality of hire
- Prepare data & insights to support the success of the recruitment process
- Liaise with hiring managers & team members to ensure all expectations are met and a high quality of recruitment process is kept at all times
- Stay abreast of market trends and act as hiring advisor to both Candidates and Hiring Managers
