Fro our Client, Global IT company we are looking for the best Individuals for the position of Country Head
Plce of work: Kraków
The role will be responsible for managing all operations within the company (e.g. P&L), managing service delivery and promoting the continuous improvement of productivity, service quality and customer satisfaction.
The position requires a senior level management individual who has a focus on the successful delivery of project services, combined with finding/creating new business opportunities. The Country Manager will have overall delivery responsibility for the client and be the major point of contact for all escalations within the structure

Wymagania:
- Must have at least 10+ years’ experience managing Operations or Service Delivery with additional 5+ years of delivering successful IT projects as a Program/ Project Manager.
- A background with Strategic Outsourcing Management, Infrastructure Support, Managed Services, Service Desk management
- Must have been responsible for large teams (over 100 FTE) and diverse environments.
- Strong client focus – ability to operate at prime customer contact level typically at senior manager/director level/VP/CIO
- Demonstrable experience of having designed and implemented significant productivity as well as customer satisfaction improvements
- Significant experience of leading and managing teams (including matrix management) within an operational service delivery or shared services environment
- Strong commercial and financial awareness, monitoring, co-ordination and budget ownership
- Experience in outsourcing bids, from pre-sales to successful implementation
- Be able to build an understanding of customer’s business and market sector and able to use that knowledge to anticipate how future services offers need to evolve to meet customer requirements
