How does Sales Supervisor Careers Path look like:
First few weeks you get to know the system, make calls to our existing French customers in order to sell company’s product.
When you acquire this knowledge you will be sharing this with your team as an official Team Leader and also:
- Report sales results and find ways of improving them
- Mentor and lead the team of sales consultants
- Develop and coach your team to success
- Assist with recruitment of the new team members
- Support and teach new team members to be excellent in sales
- Verify the quality and efficiency of consultants’ services
Requirements
- Fluent command of French language
- Very good English language (min. B2)
- Min. 2 years of experience in tele-sales or direct sales position
- Good command of Excel
- Ambition and high sense of ownership
- Experience in team management as a plus
